HOW DOES IT WORK?

My coaching approach is candid and caring. I challenge, manage, and steer when required but I do so in a very supportive and empathetic way. I am not afraid of offering my perspective and advice, however, always let you conclude, decide, and act.


The coaching process is initiated by ½ hour introductory conversation (non-binding). If there is a good match, we agree on goals and initiate coaching. Each session lasts 1-1½ hours and takes place face-to-face or online.


In between coaching sessions, you often work on agreed exercises or actions. We may supplement with assessment or engagement of relevant parties in your organization to ensure further insight and anchoring.


Another option is to combine coaching sessions with ongoing sparring. Parallel with the coaching sessions, you have unlimited access to brief ad-hoc sparring (online/phone) with me to get advice and manage here-and-now situations.
